The benefits of increased reliability and performance are consistent with Pivcon's strategy of continual service offering improvements to keep our customer's at the forefront of the fast moving world of Information Technology.

Backups and replication are cornerstones of reliable infrastructure. They are an integral component of our service offerings, completely managed by Pivcon, without need for customer intervention. Veeam driven backups allow us to restore data on the fly at an unprecedented speed. Backups and snapshots serve purposes beyond simply offering disaster recovery. Customers are also given the ability to traverse through the historical state of each VDS. What this means is that we can offer restoration of your server, exactly as it existed, from a week ago, a month ago, a year ago, or beyond. We can offer that access without any need to take your current VDS offline. Replication offerings allow us to diffuse and mitigate risk of critical failure. If an unavoidable catastrophic event brings a physical server offline, replication allows continued access to your VDS. The data for your VDS is shared between multiple physical servers, and its operation can gracefully be transferred between. This means minimal or no downtime.
