Pivcon is pleased to announce the hire of Rick Grakowsky in the role of Senior Solutions Engineer.  Rick comes to Pivcon with over 14 years of experience in the information technology field.

Rick started his career as an intern at Monroe Community College in 1997 performing various desktop support tasks and by 2004, in the role of Senior Systems Specialist, was the lead team member charged with the management of over 75 servers across the College's multiple campuses.

In 2005, Rick shifted gears from the educational industry to retail and manufacturing in the postion of Director of Systems Development and Operations for Legends LLC, a national retailer of trading cards and collectables.  At Legends, Rick was in charge of the management of servers on the east and west coast as well as development support of a custom application used for automating the processing of sales and orders for their expanding client base to streamline operations.

By 2009, Rick was now the IT Director for the growing Brothers International Food Corporation charged with the management of their eCommerce solutions and the design of an updated IT infrastructure to support the growing needs of the company.
