Master Services Agreement
Customers who have entered into professional service agreements with Pivcon Inc. can find the latest version of the Master Services Agreement here: Pivcon MSA.
Note that there are often project specific Service Agreement riders specific to each project that adjust the MSA terms per the project requirements. The most common is ownership of work product, when the job is a work for hire engagement.
